Still smiling

Well it's that time of year again-the time where kids get sick and we don't have the option of sleep or getting sick ourselves. Emma was such a trooper and even kept her sense of humor. In the middle of all of this my ma and pa were rubbing in that it was 80 degrees in Vegas and were heading to the Jimmy Buffett concert. To make matters even worse they called me during the concert just to let me know what I was missing. Oh well, "the weather is here I wish you were beautiful".

Well Halloween is just around the corner and this weekend we put some finishing touches on Emma's costume. I had to snap a pic because I don't know what was funnier the hair or her expression. I don't know who has more fun with this - me or her. More pics of the final costume to follow soon.

Last night we went to the circus and wow what a fun time. Emma said when she grows up she wants to be the princess that rides the elephants.

Another weekend at the cabin, but it will probably be one of the last since winter is on its way. Although, with each new change of season brings on all new adventures.

This is a picture I snapped after an afternoon with daddy. This just proves they play hard, but if you ask her she would never complain. She is such a trooper and this is a rare picture because she will honestly try her hardest not to fall asleep-she's all girl and can't miss a thing.
