Guess who's turning 18

This week Mason will be turning 18-I can hardly believe it. Mike was lucky enough to spend time with him this last weekend in Arizona and of course they had a blast. Emma (with her dad's help)made him a special card for his birthday. She just adores her big brother. We love you Mason and have an amazing birthday !!!

Well it's that time of year again-the time where kids get sick and we don't have the option of sleep or getting sick ourselves. Emma was such a trooper and even kept her sense of humor. In the middle of all of this my ma and pa were rubbing in that it was 80 degrees in Vegas and were heading to the Jimmy Buffett concert. To make matters even worse they called me during the concert just to let me know what I was missing. Oh well, "the weather is here I wish you were beautiful".

Well Halloween is just around the corner and this weekend we put some finishing touches on Emma's costume. I had to snap a pic because I don't know what was funnier the hair or her expression. I don't know who has more fun with this - me or her. More pics of the final costume to follow soon.
